The reinsurance agreement of Cargo offers reinsurance coverage for transported goods by railway, sea, air, land or river.
The reinsurance agreement can be signed according with one of the following conditions:* With the liability for all risks
Due to the agreement we compensate:
- Losses from the damage or the total (or a part) loss of the load occurred for any reason.
- All necessary expenditure on the load rescue and prevention from further damages.
* Without liability for the damage
Due to the agreement we compensate:
- Damages from total or a part of load loss, caused by fire, lightning, by other natural calamities, by wreck etc.
- Losses as a result of the loss of transportation means.
- All necessary expenditures on rescuing, retention of load and also the prevention of further damages.
Tariff is established in each case individually according to the degree of risk, and varies in each specific case during the establishment of the insurance payment rates.
